Pay only for the childcare you actually use

When your children are looked after by Ark , there are no hidden extras. All we ask is that you provide your preferred nappies and wipes for younger children, and sun cream when it's hot. Everything else is included.

We invoice you monthly in advance and fees are payable on the first working day of each month. Your invoice will be fully itemised so that you can keep track of the sessions you have used. Any extra sessions you use during the month will be added to the following month's bill.

You can work out the exact amount you need to pay for each session by using the relevant booking form. The back of the form tells you how to do this.

Get Invoiced by Email
Invoicing by email is quick and efficient, and reduces the environmental effect of our business. If you would like to be invoiced directly by email, please download and return the mandate. Remember that you can finish the transaction online by making a transfer from your internet banking service!

How to Pay
Fees may be paid by cash*, cheque, credit/debit card, childcare vouchers or internet transfer. We are happy to accept any combination of fee payment methods and we can take credit/debit card payments over the phone.

Funded Nursery Education
We are pleased to offer funded nursery education places to eligible children aged from about 3½. Your child may qualify for up to 5 free 2½-hour sessions a week during term time. These sessions take place during the day within our sessional framework. Although we remain open on Council "in-service" days to offer you seemless childcare arrangements, these sessions are not funded (which means that if your child attends on these days, normal fees are payable). Childcare Vouchers
Many employers now offer childcare vouchers as part of your salary payment. These effectively allow you to make part of your childcare costs tax free (presently £243 a month for each parent). Ask your employer for more details of the scheme they use or contact us for more details.

*Please note that we do not hold cash at any centre and we therefore cannot offer change. Your account will be credited with the full amount you pay us, and any payments on account are carried forward to reduce your next month's bill.
