If you would like to register your child, please read our Childcare Agreement Terms and Conditions first. We will ask you to sign a Childcare Agreement before your child attends.
You then need to download and print out a Registration Form and Medical Protocol Form for each child. You need to fill in one set of forms for each child you are registering.
